A quiz needs to be easier, a little more snack-able, and shorter.
Interviewer:
Difference between a solution finder and a configurator?
Audrey:
Okay, a configurator’s likely going to take data points from a series of questions and actually create sort of a combined result. This is a combination of things that work for you as the prospect. Whereas, a solution finder is much more specific. It’s asking data points and giving one sort of single this one thing or this one solution or product is what’s right for you. Similar but some nuance there.
